We do not offer every possible option; we offer the ones we do well, with trained staff, reliable equipment, and processes refined over seven years of operation. If you are unsure which service applies to your situation, contact us and we will advise you honestly — including when the right answer is that we are not the best fit for your specific need.

Our specialist service team handles tasks that require skill, care, and experience. Each engagement begins with a brief consultation to understand your requirements, followed by a clear quote before any work commences. We serve both individual clients and small business owners in the Westlands and surrounding areas, and we complete most engagements within an agreed timeframe — usually two to five business days depending on complexity.
Booked sessions are available Monday through Saturday. Each appointment is allocated dedicated time — no overlap, no rushing — so that the person serving you can give their full attention to your needs. Sessions can be booked via our online form or by calling us directly. We send a confirmation and a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled time so that your day stays organised.
We stock a curated selection of products relevant to the services we provide, chosen for quality and value at Kenyan market prices. Items are available for purchase in-store during business hours. We do not operate a postal delivery service at present, but clients are welcome to collect orders placed in advance, ensuring the item is reserved and ready when they arrive.

Advance booking is strongly recommended, particularly for specialist services and appointment-based sessions. Walk-ins are accommodated when capacity allows, but we cannot guarantee availability without a reservation. Booking takes less than five minutes online or by phone.
For standard sessions, two to three business days' notice is usually sufficient. For more complex specialist engagements, we recommend contacting us at least one week ahead so that the appropriate staff member can be assigned and any materials sourced.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Clients who notify us within that window are offered the next available slot at no additional charge. Late cancellations may forfeit a booking deposit where one was taken.
Most of our services have a published baseline rate. Where a job requires assessment before a final price can be confirmed — for example, specialist tasks with variable complexity — we provide a written quote following the initial consultation, and work does not begin until you have approved it.
