Pinegrovev is a Nairobi-based local business operating from Westlands Road, offering specialist services, appointment-based sessions, and a curated range of products to individuals and small businesses across the city. In plain terms: clients come to us with tasks and needs that require personal attention, professional handling, and fair pricing — and we deliver all three. Our client base spans professionals, families, and business owners in Westlands, Parklands, Lavington, and the broader Nairobi metropolitan area. We are not a franchise and we are not a platform: every interaction is with a real team member who knows our services thoroughly. That direct accountability is something we consider fundamental, not optional.
How We Work — and What We Do Not Do
The team at Pinegrovev currently numbers eight people across service delivery, client reception, and product management. We operate from a single location — our Westlands Road premises — which we have fitted out in a teal-modern style to feel open, calm, and professional rather than clinical or hurried. Since 2017 we have completed over 3,400 client engagements across our three service pillars, refining our processes with each one. We do not provide services outside our Nairobi location: no home visits, no field assignments, and no postal fulfilment at this stage. Results for certain specialist services also depend on factors outside our control — material availability, third-party lead times, or client-side preparation — and we communicate those dependencies clearly before work begins, never after. We would rather set an honest expectation than an impressive one we cannot keep.

Time Is Respected
Appointments start on time. Quotes are delivered within 24 hours of a consultation. If a deadline cannot be met, the client is told before, not after, the deadline passes.
Local Accountability
We are based in Westlands and the people we serve are our neighbours. That proximity means feedback — positive or negative — reaches us directly, and we act on it within the same community.
